I had been to Shimla with my wife. One can plan-Shimla, Kullu, Manali. Delhi, Agra tour if one is having 10-14 days of holidays.&lt;br /&gt;For honeymoon couples, "Kesari tours" Pune arranges very well planned tours&lt;br /&gt;It is very important to check whether hotels have "centralised heating system" or no because it will be very cold. temperatures will be anything between 4 - 0 deg celsius especially in Jan-Feb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During Jan-feb , there is always a possibility of snowfall. During heavy snowfall, you will not be allowed to visit some points as it is risky&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Climate&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During winter, it is very cold. Temperatures are  in the range 0~15 o C in winter and 15-25o in summer  .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    If one plans to visit in December to Feb, it will be very cold. So get enough warm woolen clothes. Pullovers are ideal. One should wear cap to cover ears. One should wear sports shoes and not leather shoes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are many good hotels available. These are either 3 or 5 star or other types of hotels. Its very important to see whether hotel is having central heating system or no before booking otherwise one feels very uncomfortable due to extreme cold.&lt;br /&gt;If advanced booking is done, it is an additional advantage as one gets discount and one is assured about stay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Food&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Punjabi and Gujarathi food is also available at selected hotels. “Tawa”  is a hotel where one gets good Punjabi food at affordable rates&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Points to see&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lakkar bazaar&lt;/b&gt;   This is wellknown for wooden crafts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hanuman- Sankat-Mochan temple&lt;/b&gt;  is situated at a distance of 5 km. One gets a wonderful view of Shimla from here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Original “Kesar” is available here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Potter hill&lt;/b&gt;   -    It has ecological park which is very well maintained.  It is situated at a distance of 1 Km from Summer Hill&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Kufri&lt;/b&gt;  is a location which provides wonderful snow for skiing lovers in winters.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Naldehra &lt;/b&gt;has a very good golf course.
